Planetspark Review – Parent’s Reviews

Hi! I used PlanetSpark and here is an extensive PlanetSpark review. I own a small business in Panchkula where I run a retail jewelry store. I have a daughter who is six years old and in the grade two class.

I joined PlanetSpark because I felt like my daughter’s regular school classes were not enough for her. She is in school for about seven or eight hours in a day and since I’m very busy with my business, I don’t have time to give her added lessons. I also feel like what the kids learn these days is so much different from my time, and I don’t want my daughter learning outdated stuff from me. At such a young age, I think children are supposed to have adequate time for learning. She already has problems expressing herself using words and concentrating. She doesn’t say certain words right and I repeatedly correct her, but it’s still the same problem.. I initially saw it to be normal when she was younger, but she’s six now and still gets very easily distracted. I thought of getting her tutorials from the school but someone else told me about PlanetSpark Review.

I needed a comprehensive program to make sure she got an all rounded learning experience, so I decided to go with the 165 class excellence program. This is because the program is well detailed and serves as a much needed addition to the regular school curriculum. This program ensures the complete development of the child. Although at first, I thought it was too much for a child so young, but I later discovered the lessons were properly spaced to ensure the child assimilates all that is being taught.

She was then assigned a teacher, Ms. Ghosh,  who has an amazing personality. She is a friendly teacher who teaches with so much attention to detail. I don’t know how she did it but she was able to grab my little girl’s attention without any hesitation. She teaches my daughter with love and makes corrections in a way that is not demeaning unlike the teachers at her traditional school that are used to yelling at kids.

I like that she doesn’t yell at her for being wrong. I feel it’s important for children to feel safe around teachers.

I think this is very important in child development because the child isn’t just forced to do as they’re told. My daughter loves her because of the engaging projects and assignments she gives to her. She always gives feedback on my daughter’s daily lessons and keeps me updated on the progress made. She always let’s me know what I can do at home to help my daughter improve. I like that because even though I’m occupied with my work, I still have a good idea on the development of my daughter and I can feel involved.

My daughter loves her lessons so much, especially the language lessons and her speech giving lessons. These are things she doesn’t get to learn in school because of the different curriculum. She tells me how she really enjoys learning new languages and now, she can say a few sentences in German and French. I’m so happy because this is such great progress for my girl. I also like the fact that it’s not just standard formal education like in my days. There is creative arts to keep the her mind engaged and to ensure they enjoy it. They also include the cool things the kids do these days like YouTube and all that stuff that I can teach her myself. My daughter is always very excited for all of her PlanetSpark lessons and I’ve never seen her happy about school.

I think it is important for parents to be involved in the progress of their children. It was important to me because I knew she was struggling as well. Ms. Ghosh shared feedback with me periodically about my girl’s progress. She highlighted all my daughter’s strengths and weaknesses and discussed with me how they plan to move forward with her.

The club activities were a nice touch as well. It created a balanced learning experience for my child. The Theatre club and Debate club are my daughter’s favorite and she takes active part in them. She runs around the house thinking she’s a character from Romeo and Juliet and she also argues a bit. It’s like I’m watching her character form before my very eyes. She now has takes on issues even though she’s so little all thanks to PlanetSpark Review ! She gets to participate in internal debate competition hosted by the Debate club and also joins in dramas and plays hosted by the Theatre club. The diversity is amazing as children with different roots come together and bring in a safe space gives her confidence.

Then there is the fact that parent teacher meetings can be scheduled. As a business person, I have a tight schedule and I’m always occupied. However, this helps me have meetings at my own convenience without any pressure at all. Another thing is the reward system that motivate students do better and teachers alike.  My daughter is always so excited to get a new badge to her profile and it makes her put in more effort into her lessons, so she’ll get more badges. It’s like a fun game.

To summarize my Planet spark review, I would say that since my daughter started learning on PlanetSpark, I’ve noticed how confident she has become. She now talks to strangers confidently and expresses herself so well. She is doing better than most of the kids her age. She has also built a standard vocabulary and doesn’t make mistakes most of the kids her age are prone to. My child now takes part in school theatre and I can envision an acting career in her future because of how well she’s getting at it.

But nothing goes without fault. As much as I think PlanetSpark is doing an absolutely great job, I feel there are areas that would need development. More creative and practical courses should be included. This is because the world we’re getting into is one that has skill set as a major selling point. I would also like a recording of lessons, so that the kids can always go back to listen to a previous lesson when studying, especially the younger kids who might easily forget what they’ve learned.
